Ledger® Live: Desktop is the official software companion to Ledger’s trusted hardware wallets, designed to give users a secure and intuitive way to manage their crypto assets. Whether you're holding Bitcoin, Ethereum, NFTs, or staking coins like Tezos or Solana, Ledger Live on desktop ensures you remain in full control—while keeping your private keys offline and safe.

Getting started is simple. First, download Ledger Live to your computer (Windows, macOS, or Linux). Connect your Ledger Nano S Plus or Nano X via USB, then follow the on-screen instructions to either initialize a new device or restore an existing wallet. During setup, you’ll create a PIN and receive a 24-word recovery phrase—your key to recovering assets if the device is lost.

Once connected, you can install apps for specific cryptocurrencies, add accounts, view your portfolio in real-time, and securely send or receive funds. All transactions require physical confirmation on your Ledger device, adding an essential layer of protection.
